特點(diǎn)及用途
SWP系列臥式塑料破碎機(jī)主要適用于破碎較長(zhǎng)的PVC異型材，如：塑料門窗、塑料管、板材等，不需切割分段，可一次性連續(xù)投料。SWP系列塑料破碎機(jī)內(nèi)部獨(dú)特設(shè)計(jì)，是專門為破碎較硬與韌性塑料型材而設(shè)計(jì)的新型破碎機(jī)，是在SPW系列破碎機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上做的改進(jìn)和延伸。該機(jī)型可實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)進(jìn)料，并設(shè)有風(fēng)機(jī)輸送碎料裝置、開(kāi)啟裝置、操作與維修極為方便，是破碎各種管材和異型材的理想機(jī)型。
SWP Series Horizontal Plastic Breaking Machine is mainly used for breaking relatively long PVC special shaped material, such as plastic door & window, plastic pipe, sheet, etc. There is no need to cut. Once continuous feeding can be conducted. Internal design of SWP Series Horizontal Plastic Breaking Machine is rather distinct. It is a new kind of breaking machine used for breaking plastic profiled material with large hardness and tenacity. It is improved and extended on the basis of SPW series breaking machine. Automatic feeding can be realized for this model. Wind motor is arranged for transport of broken material, start-up device is arranged. The operation and maintenance & repair is rather simple. It is an ideal model for breaking all sorts of pipe material and profiled material.
