    Working principle

  Industrial oxygen machine according to a pressure swing adsorption principle,using 
zeolite as an adsorbent,the zeolite molecular sieve has selective adsorption characteristics,nitrogen by 
zeolite molecular sieve absorbs,oxygen in the gas phase is enriched,the PSA is realized under the action 
 of nitrogen and oxygen separation.Industrial oxygen machine adopts the two adsorption towers adsorption 
oxygen producing process,a tower,a tower desorption regeneration,through the PLC intelligent program control
 pneumatic angle seat valve opening and closing,so that the two tower alternately,continuously alternating
 continuous output,high quality oxygen.

工業(yè)原理

   工業(yè)制氧機(jī)根據(jù)變壓吸附原理，采用沸石分子篩作為吸附劑，由于沸石分子篩有選擇吸附的特性，氮被沸石分子篩大量吸附，氧在氣相中被富集，在變壓吸附的作用下實(shí)現(xiàn)氮氧分離。工業(yè)制氧機(jī)采用兩個(gè)吸附塔流程，一塔吸附產(chǎn)氧，一塔解吸再生，通過(guò)PLC智能程序控制氣動(dòng)角座閥門的啟閉，使兩塔循環(huán)交替，連續(xù)交替，連續(xù)產(chǎn)出高品質(zhì)氧氣。
