　　Cm 系列色母計量機適用于塑料成型生產(chǎn)中的新、次料，色母或添加劑等的自動比例計量喂料。該系列機型采用精密直流無刷式馬達。根據(jù)預先設定的添加比例和參數(shù)，由全數(shù)字式微電腦控制系統(tǒng)將設定的各項條件自動轉(zhuǎn)換成轉(zhuǎn)速，通過聯(lián)軸器驅(qū)動不銹鋼304 精密計量螺桿，向注塑機或擠出(壓延)的溶膠簡內(nèi)吐出需要添加的物料。例如：色母色料、回收(水口)料、添加劑、助劑等。其誤差值不高于 1%，該產(chǎn)品具備兩種模式，分別適用于塑料的注塑成型和擠出成型。計量螺桿分為 12、16、20、24 等多種，直流無刷電機搭配不同減速比的高效平行齒減速機。可衍生出多種機型，提供 0.1-100kg/h 的不同輸出量供客戶選擇。另有雙色、三色四色色母機，根據(jù)用戶需求搭配，滿足不同場合、不同領域的使用。
