杜邦ZYTEL尼龍介紹
聚酰胺(PA，俗稱尼龍)是美國DuPont公司先開發(fā)用于纖維的樹脂，于1939年實現工業(yè)化。20世紀50年始開發(fā)和生產注塑制品，以取代金屬滿足下游工業(yè)制品輕量化、降低成本的要求。PA具有良好的綜合性能，包括力學性能、耐熱性、耐磨損性、耐化學藥品性和自潤滑性，且摩擦系數低，有一定的阻燃性，易于加工，適于用玻璃纖維和其它填料填充增強改性，提高性能和擴大應用范圍。PA的品種繁多，有PA6、PA66、PAll、PAl2、PA46、PA610、PA612、PAl010等，以及近幾年開發(fā)的半芳香族尼龍PA6T和特種尼龍等新品種。
PA6又名尼龍6是半透明或不透明乳白色粒子，具有熱塑性、輕質、韌性好、耐化學品和耐久性好等特性，一般用于汽車零部件、機械部件、電子電器產品、工程配件等產品。
PA66（聚酰胺66或尼龍66），同PA6相比，PA66更廣泛應用于汽車工業(yè)、儀器殼體以及其它需要有抗沖擊性和高強度要求的產品。
PA66注塑工藝
干燥處理：如果加工前材料是密封的，那么就沒有必要干燥。然而，如果儲存容器被打開，那么建議在85℃的熱空氣中干燥處理。如果濕度大于0.2%，還需要進行105℃，12小時的真空干燥。
熔化溫度：260~290℃。對玻璃添加劑的產品為275~280℃。熔化溫度應避免高于300℃。 模具溫度：建議80℃。模具溫度將影響結晶度，而結晶度將影響產品的物理特性。對于薄壁塑件，如果使用低于40℃的模具溫度，則塑件的結晶度將隨著時間而變化，為了保持塑件的幾何穩(wěn)定性，需要進行退火處理。
注射壓力：通常在750~1250bar，取決于材料和產品設計。
注射速度：高速（對于增強型材料應稍低一些）。 流道和澆口：由于PA66的凝固時間很短，因此澆口的位置非常重要。澆口孔徑不要小于0.5t（這里t為塑件厚度）。如果使用熱流道，澆口尺寸應比使用常規(guī)流道小一些，因為熱流道能夠幫助阻止材料過早凝固。如果用潛入式澆口，澆口的小直徑應當是0.75mm。典型用途 PA66更廣泛應用于汽車工業(yè)、儀器殼體以及其它需要有抗沖擊性和高強度要求的產品。
透明或不透明乳白色結晶形聚合物，具有可塑性。密度1．15g/cm3。熔點252℃。脆化溫度-30℃。熱分解溫度大于350℃。 連續(xù)耐熱80-120℃,平衡吸水率2．5%。能耐酸、堿、大多數無機鹽水溶液、鹵代烷、烴類、酯類、酮類等腐蝕。
